On this page, you can see the banks that are available for you. You can send payment orders to these banks and retrieve account statements from them. In the overview, you see the name of the bank, the customer and subscriber ID, as well as the status. The IDs are identifiers, under which your company and yourself are managed by the banks. The status must be Ready in order that you can use the bank connection. A click on a bank takes you to the page Bank details, where you can see all the information about this bank and also make settings.
From this page, you can also set up further bank connections. For this, you need an account and EBICS access at the bank. Then click the button on the left, whereupon the page New bank connection will be opened. Use the arrow next to the button to open a list of known banks. If you find your bank in this list, select it. Then the same page as above will open, but most of the fields are already filled in.
The button Update bank access is activated as soon as you have marked one or more banks in the overview. With a click, the customer and subscriber data will be retrieved from the selected banks. This may be necessary, for example, if you have initialized a bank account and are waiting for approval by the bank. As soon as this has been granted and you click the button, the status will change to Ready. Another case would be that the bank has made changes to your authorizations. These will take effect after the bank access has been updated. See also the section Bank details - User profile for this.
You can delete one or more bank connections by selecting them in the overview and clicking on the red button. Upon this, a new page will be loaded, where you have to confirm the operation. That also shows, which other data will be deleted. This page is described in the section Delete bank. The deletion of bank connections is reserved for users with administrator rights.
A click on More actions expands a menu with additional items. These menu items are only activated if a single bank is marked in the overview. With Show INI letter you can download the PDF file, which is needed during the initialization, retroactively at any time. For all other menu items, a new page each is opened. These pages are described in the following sections.
