The user profile contains information about you as a subscriber at the bank, as well as the accounts, order types and authorizations that are available to you. These details are settings made by the bank and cannot be changed here in BL Banking Web. If you require further order types, accounts or authorizations, please contact your bank.
The banks provide the user profile for download using the order type HTD. If you have arranged changes at your bank, please update the user profile. To do this, mark the bank in the overview and click on Update bank access.
To the right of the tab card User profile there are the menu items for other data contained in the profile: order types, accounts und permissions. If you are not initialized at the selected bank, the user profile is not displayed.
In addition to your personal details, the host ID of the bank and your subscriber ID are displayed here. The other areas of the profile are described in the following sections.
