Figure: Switching the EBICS protocol version
While setting up new bank connection, you could specify the EBICS protocol version on the tab card Details. If your bank offers a newer version of the protocol in the meantime, you can switch to it. To do this, mark the bank in the overview and choose Switch to new protocol version from the menu More actions. If a new version is available from the bank, this page appears, otherwise you see the message in the overview that you are already using the latest version.
If you click on Submit, the new protocol version is applied. The only way to return to the old version is to delete the bank and create it again.
