Account selection

Here you set which accounts the user may use for payments. The accounts of the banks assigned to the user on the Selection of banks tab are displayed. Accounts that are set up at the bank are given the option Settings from user profile by default. Select one of the options Authorized or Unauthorized if you want to grant a different account authorization internally in BL Banking Web. These two options are also available for accounts that have only been created internally and for users without bank connection.

Assign the desired permission to the accounts individually by selecting an option or all at once by clicking on one of the buttons Authorization, No authorization or Settings from user profile. After transferring the profile, the permission that the subscriber has with the bank appears in brackets behind the Settings from user profile option.

The overview on the page Account statements – Account overview is displayed by default regardless of the account permissions. If desired, you can activate in the system settings that the account permissions are also considered there, see Account information – Display settings, checkbox Display only accounts for which payment permissions exist.

Note: Alternatively, you can edit the permissions in the account settings per account for all users.
Amount limit

If the checkbox Check amount limit is enabled in the system settings under Payment recording, an additional Amount limit field is displayed for each account. To be able to enter an amount limit in account currency, you must select the option Authorized. By entering an amount, the user will receive a message if he tries to sign an order with a higher amount for the limited account or send a file containing the account to the bank. You can use this option if no amount limit is specified in the user profile (HTD) or if you want to set your own limit.
