In this overview, you see both the accounts set up at your banks, and those you have created yourself. The accounts created at the banks are marked with a padlock for differentiation. The information about these accounts is transferred with the user profiles and can neither be changed nor deleted. See also section Banks - Bank details - User profile.
Here, the accounts are shown, that your customer ID is authorized for. Depending on the bank configuration, you may not have authorization for some of these accounts under your subscriber ID. In this case, you can see these accounts in the overview here, but you cannot use them to make payments. Then you cannot select such an account when you enter a payment. In addition to this authorization on the bank side, rights to accounts can also be managed within BL Banking Web. If an administrator has revoked your rights to an account, it does not appear in the overview. See the section User administration - Add user - Account selection.
In rare cases, the user profiles supplied by the banks are incorrect and do not contain all the accounts that you could actually access. If this is the case, you can enter a new account manually. Please make sure that the bank has actually assigned this bank account to your subscriber ID. If you enter an account for which you don't have access permission, the bank server reports a corresponding error if a payment is transferred with this account.
When you enter a payment, the accounts in this overview are displayed in the drop-down list Account of the entry window — however only those that meet the requirements of the respective payment type. For example, for a SEPA payment, the account must contain an IBAN. Moreover, the user must have authorization for the order type of the respective payment type.
Above the overview, you can create a German or foreign account with the button New account. To do this, an entry page is called up, which is described in the section New account. Clicking on an entry in the overview loads the page Edit account. This is identical to the first one, but filled with the values of the selected account.
Clicking on Filter accounts opens a dialog box, where you can enter a value by which the overview is filtered. After a click on Submit, the dialog box closes and the overview is displayed filtered. This is also indicated with a yellow bar. Click the button again to deactivate the filter. A further click opens the dialog box with the previously entered term, which can be changed there or deleted by clicking Reset.
Accounts that you have create yourself can be deleted with the red button. To do so, mark one or more lines, upon which the button is activated. A click opens a dialog box, where you can confirm or cancel the process.
