BL Banking Web can in principle display all special characters. In accordance with ISO 20022 and the DFÜ agreement, SEPA files may only contain characters from the UTF-8 Latin-1 character set. Some letters with diacritical marks such as the acute accent and caron are not permitted.
Restricted are input fields transferred to the payment data, such as originator, ultimate originator, recipient, ultimate recipient, purpose, all address fields and intended purpose / creditor reference. Other input fields can contain any UTF-8 characters.
