Users¶
This tab of the bank settings is only displayed to administrators and managers. It contains all users who are assigned to the tenant of the bank. The individual assignment to this bank can be edited here. Alternatively, the Bank selection per user is possible in the user administration.
The users are listed with their user names, next to them in brackets is the subscriber ID from the user's bank details. If no initialization has yet taken place, it is possible that the corresponding user does not yet exist at the bank and therefore does not yet have a user profile.
In the line of each user there are three radio buttons that control the user's relationship to the bank:
- Not associated with this bank: The user does not see the bank and has no access.
- Deactivated: The bank is assigned, but only with passive access. The button Deactivate has the same effect; the setting can be selected without changing the subscriber status, e.g. to carry out a configuration or maintenance.
- Activated: The bank is assigned and in active access. The current subscriber status follows in brackets, Ready after confirmed initialization, Not initialized before initialization, also for users without bank connection.
By switching from Activated (Ready) to Not associated with this bank, the user's EBICS keys are deleted. Subscriber data and user profile a re removed from the bank settings. Thus, the user loses access to the bank, but the subscriber in the EBICS bank server remains unchanged. You can return access to the user. This takes the following steps:
- Switching the user's bank assignment to Activated
- Resetting the subscriber at the bank
- New initialization by the user with his known access data
